As you may have heard, there are thousands of home improvement contractors in Alaska. Some very good, and some with lower standards in business. I (Jordan Agen-President of FCI) have seen the best and the worst. I have performed over 1200 home inspections and have seen some really terrible work performed. Some people just don't know what to look for in a contractor, or what your rate of service should cost. I'm not about bad mouthing our competition, but I have seen people being gouged on pricing and poor services performed.
